Developed SAN and NAS Maintenance Manuals and Troubleshooting Guides. Worked with Information Architects to adopt solutions to migrate content from FrameMaker 7.1 to a DITA-based single-source collaborative documentation development and authoring solution for increased process efficiency and content sharing.
