Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:

Coordinated with network architects and testers to write technically accurate design and implementation guides for service provider and enterprise network and storage solutions, leading to the adoption of Cloud services, Software as a Service, and triple play service architectures. Managed access and permissions to the collaborative Wiki Authoring Tool (WAT) for team members, trained team members, and assisted with technical questions. Created training and help content. Planned documentation deliverable production and established and tracked all project documentation content due dates, reviews, and communication with developers. Published deliverables with Cisco-developed publishing tools and Documentum Web Publisher.
