Created customer documentation in XMetaL and flowcharts in Microsoft Visio for telephony and telecommunications products. Managed content in Vasont Content Management System. Produced single-source output for inclusion on product documentation DVD and Web. Produced the documentation DVD, managed documentation part numbers and engineering change requests, and improved process efficiency and management documentation.
