Daily Duties at Itron Inc.:
Created customer Help, user, installation and configuration guides, data dictionaries, and marketing material using oXyGen and Author-it for data collection and business intelligence software supporting energy utility companies authoring in a cloud platform to produce single-source output for Internet publication. Planned and tracked work in Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS), managed document libraries and topic data sets, and collaborated with teammates to support organizational initiatives. Setup and managed two Windows-based VM servers with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Database Management Systems.
