Daily Duties at Insperity:

Managed day to day operations of office, with accountability for driving sales results and activities. Opened two new offices to cover the New York and Orlando markets, by developing promotional and marketing strategies to business owners and C level executives. Mentored sales representatives by attending sales appointment and working to develop referral relationships. Coordinated company sponsored functions to improve client loyalty and generate referrals. Fostered productive relationships between operations and sales to ensure superior customer service delivery to clients.
