Responsible for supporting the management of GSK’s Intellectual Property Litigation. • Independently managed discovery obligations for multiple GSK products subject to patent litigation • Drafted preservation notices for legal holds particular to each product litigation. • Managed and designed comprehensive database of F.D.A. required notification letters to compile aggregate information and generate reports. • Redesigned A.N.D.A tracking procedure for global business units to ensure compliance with GSK’s audited risks. • Conducted year-end audits and reported results to senior management team. • Independently fulfilled third-party subpoena obligations. • Partnered with outside counsel to organize document collections and production. • Participated on inter-departmental legal teams to create best e-discovery practices. • Maintained databases of court pleadings and responsive documents. • Participated in GSK’s pro-bono initiative with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
