Budget creation and monthly financial management Managed multiple customers simultaneously Managed accounts with budgeted revenues of up to $75M annually Customer management, to include continuous improvement, KPI's/metrics, and quarterly business reviews with mid and senior level management Vendor/carrier management Contracting and rate negotiation Process development and adherence TMS systems implementations Personnel development and management, to include hiring, firing, and promoting Coordinate with warehouses and manufacturing plants Implement new services, such as international, Mexico cross border, and off shore deliveries Project Management Six Sigma Dedicated fleet operations Manage on time delivery, on time pick up, OS&D Reverse logistics Lead Exel efforts in support of customer initiatives Support projects, such as moving warehouses
