Solely overhauled the third tier subcontractor, letting for a 22 million dollar, elevated, rapid transit, rail project. This involved initial screening, (i.e. shop / scope capabilities & confirmation), spec / drawing break-out, bid monitoring (i.e. addendums, RFIs etc.), bid scope confirmation, contract awarding and work scope progress.
