• Responsible for all environmental, safety & health compliance including Confined Space/LOTO/Hot Work Permit Program s including OSHA VPP SHMS and current OSHA SGE qualified as industrial hygienist. • Achieved Wheelabrator Safety & Environmental Excellence Leadership 2012 Award -best in 25 facility fleet. • Successfully managed Landfill Gas Collection and Wastewater Treatment System Construction Project • Prepared and submitted over 20 regulatory permits with regulatory inspections for drinking water, wastewater, Title V Air, SWFWMD, FDEP/EPA Region IV, Department of Health and local regulatory. • Managed the groundwater remediation effort to completion and improved Environmental Metrics. • Assisted in China plant startups in 2015 Wheelabrator Pinellas, Inc. St. Petersburg, FL 2006 - 2007 • Completed transition to Veolia completing compliance assurance due diligence obligations as EHS Mgr • Successful turnover of permits documenting full compliance -contract transfer without litigation • Plant reported 75% less air permit excursions & obtained perfect environmental/safety metrics Wheelabrator McKay Bay Tampa, FL ( Dual Assignment) 2009-2010, 2016-present • Obtained Safety goals with no Loss Time/OSHA Recordables Accidents in over 8 years • Site Leader for VPP Recertification in 2012 Wheelabrator North/South Broward Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Temporary Dual Assignment) 2010-2012 • Site Leader for VPP re-certifications and Third Party compliance audits following corrective actions tracking to completion using different EHS compliance software.
