Managing the design and technical team of engineers and professionals to design and supervise the implementation of the design for a large fast track EPC contract. List of Projects: • USAID B.H&E program in Iraq, building Clinics (5 typical designs and site adaptation for more than 30 sites) and Rehabilitation of more than 20 Hospitals. • S&J Program in Iraq, Built Border Forts (more than 40), built the new Abu Gheraib Federal Jail and a Police Academy.
