Responsible for overall Officer Medical Programs Recruiting Course and supply management. Trained students on challenges to recruiting doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Coordinated the procurement and distribution of over $2MM in new training materials and supplies. managed a team of 20 senior instructors focused on the overhaul of existing diversity course content materials and delivery methodology.
