Daily Duties at Fisher Rushmer:

• Draft, review, and finalize corporate leases for retailers, warehouse landlord/tenants, and commercial land contracts. • Resolve complex legal and business problems regarding real estate, complex business transactions and commercial litigation. • Instrumental in assisting small and large clients in resolving any real estate related issue needing an attorney. • Responsible for all real estate litigation issues in the firm including but not limited to quiet title, foreclosure, eminent domain, boundary disputes, and title insurance disputes. • Provide advice on property management law and resolve matters for clients with needs specific to that industry. • Represent large institutional and small individual clients in landlord tenant disputes throughout the state. • Conduct commercial and residential closings throughout the state.
