Daily Duties at Agerpoint:

• Executive officer in a technology firm focusing on precision agricultural products that involve remote sensing, laser imaging and SaaS platform technology that ultimately provides better data to large scale agricultural growers, insurance companies and auditors for better data forecasting. • Responsible for all financial reporting and securities documentation for company as we went through several rounds of fundraising and currently am in command of providing all necessary documentation, advice and compliance for a 20,000,000-60,000,000 C-Round. • Provide compliance and due diligence advice/service regarding potential mergers and acquisitions. • Implement and create the structure of the company that the CEO and Board of Directors envision and am the primary liaison from vision to implementation. • Ultimately responsible for all of the legal matters of the company as the general counsel for the company including litigation, patent creation, transactional matters, contract interpretation, managing outside counsel, etc. • Responsible for all employment matters of the company with very diverse, well educated, and immigrant workforce. • Executive of the company ultimately responsible for R&D, software development, finance, sales, collections, logistics and legal matters. • Heavily involved in venture capital fundraising for the company and work closely with CEO to bring investors into the corporation. • Reduce inefficiencies and silo creation within the various departments to ensure maximum productivity and communication/collaboration for a better software product.
