This included managing $1.2M budget, updating, and troubleshooting 44,000 Windows Point of Sale (POS) registers in 2,200+ locations worldwide and supporting back-end processes for a $20B e-commerce infrastructure including payments, inventory control, and distribution. Manager, POS Production Support continued Supported e-commerce infrastructure as part of a $14B revenue growth strategy. Increased efficiency and team technical proficiency by spearheading IT transformation initiatives, including ongoing training opportunities, creation of new tools, and process optimization. Resolved issues in retail locations throughout five countries in North America, the Caribbean, and the Pacific Rim by coordinating support across multiple third party vendors and support desk personnel.
