Daily Duties at Amc Apartment Management Consultants:
• Responsible for the overall profitability and financial direction, coordination and evaluation of the communities which included 1756 conventional units. • Assisted Community Managers with budget preparation, rent collections, AP/AR, vacancy management, payroll approval, and marketing. • Prepared extensive reporting for ownership groups including monthly variance, detailed revenue and expense, and cap ex discussions. • Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • Software used included AIM (a company based program), Onesite, Yardi, and Microsoft Office.
