Daily Duties at Forest City:

• Responsible for 665 units (497 Market, 136 Tax Credit, 32 Bond units and four commercial spaces). • Supervised a staff of 20 employees. • Completed a successful office renovation. • Responsible for day to day operations; including overall profitability and financial direction. • Responsible for managing vendor relations and overseeing cap ex projects including but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, engineering, and security and fire/safety systems. • Software used included Microsoft Office, OneSite, OPS Technology, Coupa, Kronos, YieldStar, Service Now, and HR Direct.
