Daily Duties at Laramar/Greystar:
• Supervised a staff of 11 which work in conjunction with union maintenance personnel totaling 30. • Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff. Provide coaching, guidance, ongoing feedback and motivation to staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. • Maximize profitability of the property. Review budget/financial packages to ensure the property ran within budgeted expectations. • Maintained on-going rehab and other various reports required by ownership group. • Oversaw and maintained constant vendor/contractor communication as it relates to billing. • Conjointly worked with the Commercial Retail broker to oversee commercial tenants and facilitate leasing process. • Resolved resident concerns and requests to minimize legal risks. • Software used includes Microsoft Office, OneSite, Yardi, OPS Technology, YieldStar, and Active Building.
