Engaging each jeweler with daily feedback to ensure they are empowered and motivated to improve their skill set, resulting in the advancement and promotion of 71% of shop employees over the 2018 fiscal year. Formulated the yearly fiscal plan for the District and Regional Managers, including new initiatives and outside training of the attached stores.
