FHA, FNMA, FHLMC and bond guidelines and procedures • Ability to evaluate credit package, income, assets, collateral, title reports and appraisals • Audit of Post Fund Loans for accuracy and completeness • Review Manufacture Home Loans and New Construction Loans • Evaluate tax returns, appraisals and compliance procedures • Interpret investor guidelines and utilize system expertise • Mentor team members • Underwrite 6 loans per day • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
