Daily Duties at Test America, Inc.:

Responsibilities: • Worked closely with the Customer Service Director to establish staff goals and monitor progress towards their achievement. • Coordinated with the Human Resource department and served as the local point-person for HR transactions. • Managed department’s budget in coordination with the Executive Director. • Approved remote-shift time for direct reports in addition to other related ongoing support such as payroll processing and FEMLA. • Served as the liaison between the clients and chief operating officer as directed by the Customer Service Director. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams such as but not limited to: Purchasing, Directors of Finance, Contract department etc.
