Daily Duties at Greenville Medical Center:
I evaulated the level of difficulty associated with entering the industry, determined what was needed for a new busines to thrive and with that information, I was able to write a business plan to consult with the owners on what type of investors they should go after. I setup the organizational structure, determined how much cashflow was required for liquidity and projected what percent of growth was needed to for investors confidence. Within 3 years, I was able to guide to organinzation. Consistently targeted and achieved north of 15% gross profit.
