Daily Duties at Ocean County Sheriff's Department:

Manage the daily operations, strategic planning and policy oversight of the Judicial Unit. Direct professional and Administrative staff, to include handling Personnel matter, Labor Relations, Disciplinary issues, negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements, Contract Administration and Purchasing in a NJ Civil Service environment. Design, implement, administer and review policy for the Judicial Division in accordance with the National Center for State Courts and the NJ AOC Model Court Security plan. Oversight of Personnel Management to include discipline and compliance issues. Act as the liaison between Federal, State, County and Local Municipalities to coordinate investigations. Assist in the management of multiple construction projects of the Ocean County Vicinage.
