Daily Duties at Octo Consulting:
Led a $25M USAID engagement providing guidance and expertise to the Chief Engineer and Chief Architect of USAID. • Recruited, on-boarded and managed a staff of 25 engineers and enterprise architects • Accountable for delivery of all engineering projects: cloud, wireless, security, case management, workflow & CRM • Within 6 months of contract start, the client executed all option years (base + 4 years)
