Daily Duties at Idexx Laboratories:
• In addition to Quality Control, global product management of Non-Coliform testing of $4.8M • Conduct primary and secondary research for new product development • Develop market segmentation strategy that defines current customer requirements and their future needs • Research competitor products, create competitive comparisons and evaluations • Develop commercial materials to support both on-market and new product initiatives • Conduct customer visits to gain feedback on product experience and uncover new business opportunities • Prioritize and manage product enhancement projects, ensure on-schedule delivery and correct positioning for commercial success • Train IDEXX commercial teams, key vendors and others on product advantages, benefits and value proposition • Serve as subject matter expert on products and possess high level of technical and analytical acumen • Manage and execute annual price increase of $700K
