• Reported directly to Director of Finance; supported CFO directly in developing monthly investment memoranda and evaluating asset performance for $750 million portfolio and development pipeline; oversaw and trained analyst in all financial underwriting related activities • Assisted CFO in obtaining ~$500 million of debt financing to refinance existing asset portfolio, saving ~125bps in borrowing costs via debt facilities, and to support development pipeline to meet ~25% Project IRR • Optimized capital requirements by counter-proposing $10 million increase in appraised value for 2 hotel projects in Florida • Oversaw budgeting processes; proposed cost-savings strategies after conducting peer analyses of operational assets across portfolios, leading to operational efficiencies
