• Led investment underwriting, capital structuring, product and margin strategies, market expansion and due diligence for US and UK renewable energy and Southeastern markets for real estate portfolio • Oversaw SVP of Strategic Initiatives; hired, trained and managed a team of 5 Associates, Analysts and Interns; collaborated with CEO, CFO and Investment Committee on capital raisings, acquisitions and divestments, market entry and exits for real estate and solar businesses • Instrumental in build out of solar business and policy divisions; expanded solar business and real estate holdings through launch of technology arm and channel partner sales program • Improved financial underwriting procedures to facilitate Single-Family Residence (SFR) Portfolio growth to ~$20M AUM by investing private capital via GBP-denominated debt funds; spearheaded market entry in Columbia, SC • Received early admission to Partnership and “Corporate MVP” award
