ANSI EDI transactions included 850 Purchase Orders, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgments, 856 Advance Shipping Notice, 857 Shipment and Bill Notice, 810 Customer Invoice, 820 Payment Order Remittance Advice, 832 Price/Sales Catalogue, 840 Request for Quotation. Platforms included ANSI Gentran/S390/MVS, ANSI Harbinger/AS400, and client specific with Adabas/Natural, CICS and FTP. GOVERNMENT/REGULATORY SYSTEMS Lead Systems Analyst: GC Services, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Assisted in the development of tax collection and government regulatory software for state governments; Arkansas, Michigan, South Carolina and Texas. Participated in the development and maintenance of the Federal Reserve Bank's Integrated Accounting System. Created online systems for policy compliance such as Member Priced Service Billing, Real-time Cash Letter / Wire Transfer Monitoring, Pricing of Float, Contemporaneous Reserve Requirements and Earned Credits. SALES / DISTRIBUTION/ CUSTOMER SUPPORT Senior Programmer/Analyst (Consultant): COMSI/Central Steel & Wire. Participated in the development and implementation of YEAR 2000 application software compliance. Designed, coded and installed custom enhancements for online Order Planning, Customer Billing/AR/AP, Sales Support, Statistical Reporting Systems, and Membership Administration. CONVERSION ANALYSIS Sr. Programmer/Analyst: Commerce Clearing House, Inc Created conversion strategies for national tax law publishing systems. Platform conversions to IBM S390 and OS/2 Novell based client/server systems. Application development was assisted by KnowledgeWare CASE tools. Systems included Order Processing, Sales/Marketing Systems, Employee Benefit/Termination Letters and Customer Billing. ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS Programmer/Analyst: Northwestern University, Banker's Life and Casualty, Interstate National Corp., Anixter Wire and Cable, Roosevelt Memorial Hospital, and the National District Attorney's Association. Developed online COBOL programs for insurance, university management, hospital billing and association membership administration.
