Led finance transition of facility management from the Johnson Controls Automotive Group to Global Workplace Solutions Group. • Met with customer Facility Managers and Regional Controller’s for discussion of vendor management and contract negotiations with focus on cost / savings opportunities. • Assisted with scope development and bid document review process with vendors. Led budget development process and regional budget consolidation for 55 JCI automotive facilities in North America. • Participated in meetings with AG Facility Director of North America, AG Controller of North America, Plant Managers, Plant Controllers, Facility Services Account Director, Regional Managers and Site Operation Supervisors.
