Included 280 contracts for facility management and construction lines of business. • Developed a forecasting worksheet to track weekly revenue and margin results which reduced forecast variance by line of business to less than 4%. • Led month end business reviews, analyze quarterly forecasts submitted to customer and manage financial aspect of due diligence process for all new deployments which included Mexico. • Worked with Regional Operations Managers and Site Supervisors to reduce trailing costs to less than $140K on $26M of revenue.
