Assigned to the Design Finalization I&C group for the AP1000 standard plant. Designed I&C, EE, and HVAC systems and components. Reviewed engineering documents, drawings and lists to complete the Turbine Building I&C ventilation systems controls including the design changes, turbine controls system and the room enclosure. Searched and revised data sheets, prepared calculation documents, logics, and other related instrument lists, wiring, power, and fire det./suppression systems. Provided design of HVAC control support systems, and prepared design change package documents. Reviewed other discipline’s technical interface documents for technical adequacy, completeness, accuracy, and functionality for the Turbine Building and Auxiliary Building systems.
