Daily Duties at Westinghouse Electric Co.:

Assigned from corporate LRCAG to Plant Vogtle in Waynesboro, GA to provide technical oversight of project scope and contract compliance for E&I, Mechanical, HVAC and piping functions and supporting other disciplines as needed where they interfaced the tasks preceding. Provided field installation oversight for the sequences and physical structures prior to and when the components were installed, gathering technical documents and pictorial support data for commercial claims, supporting the installation group’s technical, and engineering issues identified in process. Provided expertise to Project Mgmt. Operations (PMO) and maintenance groups, assisting in technical issues recommended solutions. Last assignment was to the corporate management formed AP1000 Transformational Team for Subcontracts as one of five Subcontracts Oversight Managers (SOMs) in a new site organizational structure who provided oversight, subcontractor performance assessments, and guidance to the site subcontracts SA’s and STR’s. Gathered data and performance factors information for reporting to corporate senior management. Maintained previous Legal, Risk & Commercial Affairs technical oversight and performance task functions concurrently with the Transformation Team assignment.
