Oversee collections, cash applications, and credits for returned or damaged goods. Train and guide new employees in their roles. Interact daily with all other departments and all levels of Management to be sure customers problems and concerns are addressed and resolved. Speak with customers daily to be sure their bills are paid in a timely manner and they avoid becoming past due.
