Daily Duties at Wmst:
Manages all operational, procurement and school administration processes and responsibilities Develops and leads school instruction, curriculum development and lesson planning for all teachers with specific emphasis for Language Arts teachers and staff Develops, facilitates and deliver content and strategies for professional training and development of all faculty to support and foster school vision and culture of teaching and learning excellence Observes, monitor, evaluates and reports on teacher and student performance, attendance, behavioral and disciplinary interventions Coordinates and cultivates school culture promotional activities, corporate and community partnerships, parental involvement and family engagement Makes recommendations for teaching, learning and school climate improvements Implemented and supervises initiatives in student community participation, athletics, teacher-student community involvement and advanced learning opportunities, as well as school safety and security
