Daily Duties at Wyeth, Inc.:

Accountable for growing prescription sales volume in ever-changing territory assignments / therapeutic classes selling to primary care and specialists including: Cardiologists, Endocrinologists (Altace), Psychiatrists (Effexor XR, Pristiq), Gastroenterologists (Protonix), Obstetrics/Gynecologists (Premarin) and Pain Management. Actively collaborated with other team colleagues including hospital and managed care representatives to expand “sphere of influence.” Hosted local educational programs and arranged teaching hospital Grand Rounds events with nationally recognized thought leaders. Promotion to Area Field Trainer (1997 – 2003), North, Atlantic and Central Zones • Trained newly hired representatives through home office classroom structure and field activity assignments providing leadership in extensive product training, customer-focused selling presentations including certification, legal / compliance requirements along with territory management techniques. Involved extensive cross-training among 4 divisional sales organizations, 2 as expansion divisions, involving major time / travel away from territory responsibilities. • Developed and coached new Field Representatives to function independently / effectively in maximizing inner sales potential.
