Led team of 10 Finance Managers overseeing 28 Facility Management accounts in East Region with revenues exceeding $200M. Directed month-end close and financial reviews. Reviewed Aged A/R and Unbilled Receivables Reports and communicated to 22 Finance Managers on action plans to minimize transactions >60 Days. • Reviewed annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks and flash reports with Account and Division Director’s. • Facilitated the transition of new accounts by defining project tasks and resource requirements and assist with demobilization of lost accounts. • Worked collaboratively with account team to execute strategies and report on progress for all stakeholders while ensuring contract compliance. • Led six finance team members while managing all finance related activities for $90M Hurricane Sandy Reconstruction Project in NYC. o Worked closely with Leadership, client auditing team and FEMA. Achieving Change Management Regional Award.
