Daily Duties at Emerson Process Management:
Managed a pipeline of 15 projects with budgets > $20M combined. Complete ownership of full project management lifecycle for all projects. Led and mentored a 10-person staff member team. Managed project teams of up to 15 members, located globally. Planned, directed, and coordinated activities for projects ranging from $60K to $1M+ in IT, systems integration, business process management and re-engineering in the metrology of oil and gas.
