Daily Duties at Freddie Mac:

Cash and Guarantor Pricing Setup  Performed analysis and setup for pricing and credit rules for top national lenders. Analyzed pricing, trade tickets, and contracting documents for negotiated terms of business. Reviewed various pricing components for accuracy and consistency, including custom delivery and G-fees, loan level guarantee fees, and buyup/buydown structure.  Analyzed and input data for Cash Tier G-Fees, Guarantor G-Fees, BUBD and Grid Assignments, Custom Delivery Fees and other pricing grids in the Pricing Manager Application which ports to The Selling System.  Support customer setup activities including analysis of deals, contracts and amendments, trade tickets, Management Approval Forms, and other pricing documents for impact on point-of-sale delivery fees. Deal Terms of Business and Credit Setup  Analyze terms of business and consolidated credit terms for contracts and amendments as they pertain to Master Agreements and Master Commitments for the purpose of inputting data to various internal systems which allow Seller/Servicers to conduct business with Freddie Mac in accordance with their contracts.  Work with internal business partners to meet multiple deadlines. Change Management  Generated and implemented process improvements.  Developed and implemented plan to move procedures to a version-controlled environment.  Received Impact Award for successful rollout and implementation of The Manager Application throughout SF Operations.   Risk Management  In Funding and Securities Ops, Contracting Operations, managed BCP standards, compliance, exercises and reporting for SF Operations.  In SF Contracting Operations, supported all risk and control management activities as well as baseline reporting to ensure accurate and timely results delivered to business partners.  Conducted End-User Testing and provided ongoing end-user support of various computer programs.  Supported timely resolution of audit issues; ensured audit trail by storing documents in SharePoint.  Conducted, documented and attested to several SOD (Segregation of Duties) Validations.  Wrote over 30 keystroke-level procedures for SF Operations which passed audit.  Escalated issues pertaining to all aspects of pricing and business rule setup to mitigate operational risk.  Provided peer review feedback and training to other analysts as needed.
