Daily Duties at Freddie Mac:

 Worked as a Business Rules Professional in the Freddie Mac Single Family Strategic Delivery Department.  In Rules Management and Decision Modeling, we created competitive advantage by developing and applying business rules logic to our transaction systems.  Objectives were to automate throughput, improve processes, manage risk, be an efficient change agent for strategic initiatives, and focus on high quality internal and external customer care.  Upon project engagement, our teams analyzed, authored, and provided guidance in these areas: Decision model creation and maintenance, glossary support, methodology and tool training; governance, and access to the Business Decision Management System (BDMS) and the Enterprise Decision Service (EDS).
