Managed a loan pipeline that generates up to $1.2 billion in funded volume. Developed strategies to position the company through each cycle. Formulated business plans, directed all day-to-day divisional operations, and fostered productive relationships between operations and sales. Developed competitive products with strong exit strategies for secondary markets. Managed 350 account executives through 7 Sales Managers. • Created an inside-sales team and a more efficient call center system to identify and reach inactive brokers, increasing market penetration and generating up to $70 million monthly in funded volume. • Achieved monthly funded volume growth in 8 out of 11 months in 2006. Increased market presence by increasing the AE headcount 30% (to 350) and utilizing a new inside sales team, leading to $70 million growth in new monthly sales during a period of industry contraction.
