Create budget and timeline estimates. Develop task lists, Survey and secure accessible state routes from point of origin to destination throughout North America. Experience delegating to junior staff members. worked directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinated with other departments to ensure all aspects of each projects were met. Collaborate with HR to secure new talent as needed to fulfill needed project rolls.Created innovative solutions to problems to ensure project success.
