Daily Duties at Girling Health Care/Kindred Health Care:

• Manage front Office Receptionist staff, Data Entry office and File Room staff to ensure each department is appropriately staffed and operating per office policies and procedures. • Effective and efficiently monitored each department to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure compliance with company regulatory and legal deadlines, statutes and licensure regulations. • Review SAD Tracking log weekly to ensure 100% updated and to identify and resolve issues with clients not receiving devices on a timely manner or having multiple repeated requests. • Maintained 100% of auditing clients files and Personal Attendants files so it’s in compliance with the licensure. • Deliver and maintain the completion of Personal Care Attendants evaluations EMR/NAR in compliance with the State’s regulations. • Ensure 100% delivery and updates of company manuals and implementations of new forms/processes as they are received from Compliance Department. • Manage the performance expectations and work flow of all the staff reporting under me. • Hired 90% of office employees and completed interviews, hire packets, criminal background checks and implementations of training for each new hires.
