Directed all aspects of IT for the enterprise, managing 260+ staff and contractors and a $40 million annual budget. Innovated new technology platform that changed the aerospace/defense industry and reshaped Aviall from a pure wholesale distribution model to the world’s largest aftermarket services company. Integrated next-generation, best-of-breed technology innovations across the entire supply chain with suppliers and customers.
