• Arranged and managed product acceptance testing for set-top boxes according to standards and policies. • Monitored and oversaw Quality Assurance standards according to project objectives and company processes. • Designed Test Strategy and Test Plan Master Plan which has been followed to be the Standard Process to be followed. • Managed Onshore and off-shore software engineers to ensure objective alignment and oversee daily processes; trained and coached new hires on best practices. • Facilitated daily standup meetings, analyzed functional requirements, and handled test case reviews and execution successfully. • Attained relevant code from Stash, changing and swapping branches as necessary using Git command lines in Terminal to compile and install latest iOS and Android apps. • Authenticated user story implementation completion based on acceptance criteria. • Produced and submitted reports to senior management according to current business requirements. • Appointed to point of contact of development test team, liaising with developers, other testing teams, scrum master, Business Analyst, design team, and product owners. • Employed Jira and Test Rail to monitor, capture, and manage project issues effectively. • Conducted and completed interactive and compatibility testing, and responsive UI testing using an iPad and PC. • Managed test data for regression testing and enhanced scripts for reusability and modularity. • Implemented functional and performance testing, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing successfully.
