Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare:
Worked with Business transactional work orders. Provided direct support for these assigned work orders. Specialized in analyzing and troubleshooting HL7 messages in IDX/GE product software issues at the application and database level. Provided internal unit and integration testing with HL7 messages. Demonstrated analytical and technical skills in resolving issues. Coordinated communication schedules and follow-up events in support of the Development and Implementation teams to assure client satisfaction and issue resolution within the Support Center. Possessed a full understanding of corporate governances, business policies and procedures. Provided management services for work orders. Assigned as Senior Triage Analyst to manage these services. Provided leadership in the capacity of Senior Advisor of product committees for all software product development. Contributed knowledge by identifying areas for process improvement within the Support Center and across other business enterprise to optimize services to our clients and the day-to-day working within the PeopleSoft (ERP) culture. A proficient Business Analyst with optimal business services to work remotely to reduce cost for clients and GE services. Provided full access to clients with administrative security access.
