Excelled as an application specialist in providing support to internal and external customers’ issues via Service Now ticketing system. Ensured that the customers’ requests were properly evaluated and responded in a timely manner. Provided training of the Health Information Exchange application to physician office users. Resolved vendor issues, by coordinating resolution tactics between the vendor and Carolinas Healthcare System. During vendor upgrades, provided design specifications, application and integration testing scenarios, Standard Operation Procedure documentation, and managed projects in all aspects of information systems lifecycle (information planning, business requirements definition, implementation, production support). Communicated project’s scope to all members working on the project. Experienced with Active Directory - managing user accounts, specifically with resetting password. Participated in 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
