Daily Duties at Altra Bio Fuels:
As General Manager of Phoenix BioIndustries, LLC, responsible for safe operation of the plant to ensure maximum sustainable production and quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Direct supervision of plant leadership team and administrative staff, and full P&L responsibility for the facility. Set objectives, developed plans and reviewed performance of the management team and overall plant. Ensured that leaders were adequately trained and equipped to accomplish objectives in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
