Daily Duties at Zabars:
Chef/Consultant to revamp each department to give better customer service and increase revenues to compete with all the businesses in the area. Increased net profits from 3% to 5.5% by eliminating waste, costing recipes for catering and increasing prices where necessary. Implemented a better buying of products by price comparison from multiple companies reflecting on better prices increasing profits. Retrained staff selling prepared foods to educate them on the foods we sell, upsell and add foods to customers selections increasing sales dramatically in this department.
