Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin/Leidos:
• Working with a team of developers to create new Reports, make customer requested to create new reports or make changes to existing reports in order to provide timely access to data to Human Resources functional areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Case Management as well as TSA Headquarters users and Airport field personnel. • Working with the Data Warehousing team to make data required for reports was accessible in Universes used to create reports. • Meeting with customers to discuss report requirements. • Working with other teams to coordinate Internal testing, User Acceptance testing and deployment of reports to Production. • Coordinating a project that allowed members of different teams on the TSA HRAccess Program opportunities to job shadow other team leaders and develop or improve their job skills.
