Daily Duties at Xerox:

• Coordinated with call center, sales team and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction. • Partnered with Supervisors to analyze workloads while making recommendations to Management on ways to meet and exceed projected goals. • Led multiple project meetings to ensure schedules were met as outlined in the project scheme. • Provided forecasting and budgets to Management and processed weekly time cards for 20 employees. • Assisted in building and maintaining productive performance through training and mentoring as needed. • Resolved problems by clarifying issues; researching and developing answers along with alternative solutions; implementing new found and solutions escalating unresolved issues.
