Tear out and remodel office spaces. New build, residential and commercial. Remodel commercial and residential. Draw up plans for residential and commercial on CAD. In charge of complete building structures, Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Project management of construction jobs and electronics install and designs. With this company I managed 10 people. I designed the project and worked with the customer until the project was completed. Hire subs and supervise all work done by them.
